I can not understand this. Why this. if we Indian are getting visas without any rule like this so why they would ....Infact this is Great Indian Hypocrisy. When we are issued H1 visas irrespective of the salary we are offered by the company, why should our government pose such rules on foreigners? This really sad that such kind of rules are imposed.
If this is the case why many of Indians are employed abroad and working there.
